06/28/2007 The Destin Florida Real Estate market has continued to see lower prices and timing is going to be the key factor to finding the best deals.  Call me if you would like to better understand timing on the market. Most condos and homes are selling below asking price.  If you are buying, make sure to see a valid CMA (Comparative Market Analysis).  With the change in the market, misleading information like past sales prices can make a property appear a better deal than it is.  You need to evaluate the market from all angles before considering calling a property a deal.  Some quality properties are starting to balance while lower quality properties are seeing price corrections and in my opinion could be a while before the reach the bottom.
