There are two categories of properties in the matrix below.
Gulf View Property:
Starts with any property that has any type of view. The condos tend to be across a street or a block or so off the beach. Some might have
unobstructed views in our area there are condos that own the beachfront property across from them and nothing can be built in front of them.

Gulf Front Property:
These properties have no roads or buildings between them and the beach. Some Condos can be in "L" shaped buildings. The lower price
units will tend to be side view in the "L" shaped buildings. Does not include Gulf View properties.
